H2R CPA is looking for a Senior Tax Leader, coming into the firm as either a Director or Non-Equity Partner, with a clear path to Partner, within our growing Tax Department. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated continued progress and growth over his/her career within the public accounting space, the ability to manage multiple engagements across multiple tax domain areas, the ability to provide superior and strategic client service, perform tax research, solve complex tax problems, and the willingness and ability to coach the next-gen leaders within the tax department of our firm. This is a leadership position that will have the opportunity to influence the strategic direction and trajectory of H2R's future as a firm. This role will be responsible for acting as a service line leader and subject matter expert in relevant specialty business areas that fit within the H2R book of business and playing a vital role in the succession planning of the firm.
