Join our team at Lancashire Post Acute as a CNA! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Available shifts:

• Full-time: 3 PM - 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM
• Part-time: 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM

Shift Differentials:

• Additional $1.50 for 3 PM - 11 PM
• Additional $2.00 for 11 PM - 7 AM

Pay Rate: $20-$24 an hour (all inclusive). No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay. Earn more by combining shift differentials with no benefits and proof of your own insurance.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
