Job description
Travel PTA Opportunity
Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with the details.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Current documentation of immunizations and TB screening as required by facility policy.
- Ability to work with geriatric and medically complex patients, including experience with transfers, gait training, and therapeutic exercise preferred.

- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 08:3016:30.
- Work pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
- Start: ASAP.
- Assignment length: 15 weeks.
- Guaranteed hours per week: 32.
