Tax Preparation Client Communication Tax Planning and Consulting File Management Compliance Reporting
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation and accounting, with proficiency in Drake Software. Strong knowledge of Drake Software (Tax, Accounting, or related modules). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software is also required. High level of accuracy and attention to detail when preparing and reviewing tax documents. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients in a clear and professional manner. Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines, especially during the peak tax season. CPA, EA, or other related certifications are a plus but not required.
