What we are looking for:

• 2 or more seasons of experience preparing individual tax returns
• Passion for providing excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Preferred experience in accounting, finance, sales, bookkeeping, or tax preparation
