Inventory Planner - Inventory Planner III
Location: Everett, Washington (Onsite)
Compensation: $22 - $29 Hourly
Role Overview
We are seeking an Inventory Planner to join our team. This role involves handling materials accurately and efficiently for production and manufacturing teams. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage material transactions and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle materials accurately and efficiently for production and manufacturing teams.
- Utilize SAP ERP, Excel, and proprietary software systems for material transactions.
- Document and report system issues and process inefficiencies.
- Manage physical and virtual material movements between sites.
- Support team training and development.
- Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand carts. Certified individuals may operate forklifts or electric pallet jacks.
- Contribute to the improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines. Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a US citizen, national, US permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the US as a refugee or granted asylum.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day.
- Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required.
Shift Availability
- Ability to work flexible shift assignments, as schedules may vary depending on business needs and may include a weekend day.
- Priority shifts include Front Half Day (FHD: 6:00am - 4:30pm) and Back Half Day (BHD: 6:00am - 4:30pm).
