The Senior Financial Planning Analyst, R&D Finance, is a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, providing strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support to the Global Research & Development organization. This role partners closely with R&D leadership to drive financial discipline, transparency, and insight across operating expenses, project spend, and long-range planning. The position plays a critical role in enabling informed decision-making, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting the advancement of the company's innovation pipeline.
