The Product Strategy Specialist, Thermal Management Americas ensures alignment between the Americas Sales organization, Americas Sales Operations organization, Americas Finance organization, and the Thermal Management Business Unit organization regarding pipeline, orders, sales, and other key financial metrics for the Thermal Management Business Unit. Reporting directly to the Director, Americas Product Strategy - Thermal, this role will also drive visibility and monitoring of regional Thermal Management product margins, including pricing initiatives, VAVE, cost-out programs, etc. The role will support product-related strategic planning processes for the Americas region related to the Thermal Management Business unit. It will also support definition of product business cases for new product development and execution on existing products. Finally, this role will serve as a unified market and customer intelligence provider for the Americas Region.
