As a core member of our Investor Relations team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

You will provide daily support to our clients and their investors, distributors and third parties by performing the following tasks in a proactive and customer centric manner:

• Review subscription agreements.
• Follow up with investors on missing documentation.
• Complete KYC and AML on investors.
• Carry out investor transfers and name changes.
• Maintain electronic and physical investor records.
• Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned.
• Prepare daily cash reconciliation for various accounts.
• Produce Statements, Distributions and correspondence.
• Update all contacts information in all systems.
• Assist with the appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls.

Qualifications

About You:

• Experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services area such as fund services.
• Demonstrated strong client relationship experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient with all MS Office applications.
