A professional financial services office is seeking a full-time Client Experience Representative to serve as support staff to the front office. This opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at exceeding client expectations, learns quickly, and brings exceptional professionalism, energy, and organizational skills to every interaction.
The Client Experience Representative plays a vital role in shaping the client experience from initial contact through ongoing engagement. This position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, supporting client communications, and ensuring all administrative tasks are executed with accuracy and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include: Greeting clients and ensuring a five-star experience during every office visit; communicating effectively with clients and prospects via phone and text; conducting post-meeting quality assurance follow-up calls to ensure an exceptional client experience; adapting to changing priorities with flexibility and a positive attitude; preparing for meetings by organizing documents, setting up conference rooms, and scheduling appointments; maintaining organization and managing office supply inventory; and demonstrating excellent communication skills across all channels, including phone, in-person interactions, email, and text.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
