As a Medical Assistant at Quincy Medical Group, you will support providers in our Family Practice department, caring for patients of all ages. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a predictable, process-driven environment where accuracy, follow-through, and attention to detail are essential.
You will play an important role in ensuring each patient visit runs smoothly and consistently. From gathering accurate information to supporting routine procedures and preventive care, your ability to follow established workflows and maintain high standards will directly impact patient care and team efficiency.

Escort patients to examination rooms, obtain vital signs, and document comprehensive and accurate patient histories. Assist providers with a variety of routine office procedures, including immunizations, screenings, and standard treatments, following established protocols. Support preventive care efforts by reinforcing provider guidance and delivering clear, consistent patient education across all age groups. Coordinate labs, referrals, and follow-up care while ensuring all steps are completed thoroughly and documented correctly. Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies in a clean, organized, and ready state at all times. Serve as a dependable patient coach, helping create a consistent, efficient, and detail-oriented experience for every visit.

High school diploma or GED required
CPR certification required (available upon hire)
Medical Assistant certification preferred
12 years of clinical experience as a CNA, PCA, or MA preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and workflows
Ability to follow structured processes and ensure consistency in patient care
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage routine tasks efficiently
Clear communication skills and ability to reinforce patient education and instructions
