Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Counsel

Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while cultivating client relationships and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment. Key responsibilities Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys Required qualifications JD from an ABA-approved law school Active bar license in Pennsylvania 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience managing full case handling responsibilities
