Mandatory Orientation/Training: 2 consecutive weeks, MondayThursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
After Training YOU Choose:
Pick from open shifts based on your availability

Minimum Hours Requirement:
Must work at least 30 hours per month to stay active in the PRN role
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Have your own vehicle
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with physical care needs
Preferred: Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Patience, empathy, and reliability
Ability to pass background checks
Willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays when needed
Carry up to 50+ lbs
Push/pull 100+ lbs
Stand for extended periods (4+ hours/day)
Perform physically active care and household support tasks
