Tax Specialist

In this role, you will advise and support our group companies in Germany and abroad on tax matters with a focus on tax accounting. With us, you not only contribute to the design, but also actively contribute your know-how to our projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

Participating in the preparation of corporate tax returns for the German Group companies

Support in tax matters in national tax law

Support in tax audits for the German Group companies

Determination of tax items for annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS (IAS 12, IAS 34)

Handling various challenging tasks in national projects with a focus on tax accounting (deferred and actual taxes)

Supervision of the reporting system according to 138 para. 2 AO

Processing enquiries from group companies abroad concerning tax residence

Support in the preparation of VAT returns for the German group companies

Qualifications

Degree in business administration or law with a focus on taxes and several years of professional experience

Alternatively: Completed training as a tax consultant or accountant with at least 3 years of professional experience in a tax department of a company or a tax consulting firm

Very good knowledge of MS Office and FI applications (e.g. SAP-FI, DATEV)

Very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written

Independent and self-responsible way of working
