Typically, an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages deliverables assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May own a project and collaborate closely to make decisions with colleagues or may direct the work of other lower-level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the individual deliverables assigned from drafting to execution - while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education. It may include leading smaller projects in support of Contracts from design stage of the project to implementation.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years working with contracts and/or contract negotiation experience or advanced degree (e.g. JD, Masters) with a minimum of 2 years working with contracts and/or contract negotiation experience Juris Doctorate (JD) a plus Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish, French, Italian, Other)
