ADP Items Analyst Lead (Level 3)

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Items Analyst Lead. In this role, you will collaborate across Aeronautics to provide high-velocity supply to militaries across the world. Your knowledge of supply and logistics principles will help optimize aircraft maintenance planning and execution, leading to improved mission readiness and fleet availability. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional fleet support resolving supply and logistics support challenges. Implement innovative technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement to supply performance. Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and an ability to think critically in a high tempo customer-centered environment. Experience with stakeholder/customer relationship management. Experience with SAP or other MRP type software and with data tools or programming languages such as Tableau, SQL, Python, etc., including applied knowledge of MS Excel and data analytical skills and proven and demonstrated functionality. Experience with achieving project success under schedule and budget requirements. Experience with inventory management, finance, contracting, procurement, or product support. Experience working with military or industrial customers such as inside/outside sales, distribution, scheduling, routing, and customer support sales or engineering systems or other engineering type work that involves ability to read drawings, contracts, and requirements.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Employee will telework less than 50%. Part time telecommuting.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
