Role Overview
Seeking an organized and operationally focused professional to support the scaling of AI fluency, adoption, and proficiency across a large employee base. This individual will play a key role in administering AI learning programs, coordinating learning events, supporting an AI Champions network, tracking adoption metrics, and assisting with enterprise-wide AI rollout initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the AI learning platform, including content uploads, learner assignments, badge tracking, and troubleshooting access issues.
- Coordinate and update AI-related learning content, including responsible AI and company AI principles.
- Manage logistics for AI learning sessions, workshops, and events, including scheduling, communications, registration, and follow-up.
- Support the onboarding, communications, and engagement tracking for the AI Champions Network.
- Track and report on learning progress, completion rates, badge attainment, and AI tool adoption metrics for leadership updates.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on communications, change management, and AI rollout activities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with LMS administration and user support.
- Proven experience in learning program coordination and operations.
- Background in event planning and logistics coordination.
- Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience tracking participation, completion, and adoption metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine interest in AI tools and how organizations build adoption and fluency at scale.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI learning, enablement, or adoption initiatives.
- Background in managing champions or ambassador networks.
- Familiarity with employee engagement programs.
- Experience supporting change management or transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency with dashboard reporting and analytics using tools like Excel or SharePoint.
