Job description
Companion/Homemaker
Qualicare Homecare is looking for compassionate, caring, and reliable individuals to join our team. Qualicare Phoenix Metro has immediate openings for Caregivers.
The Homemaker/Companion is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client's needs.
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
- Ability to lift 50lbs safely
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
