What You Will Do
• Coach individuals one-on-one to set and achieve financial, career, and education goals
• Manage an active participant caseload and track progress toward meaningful milestones
• Connect people to community resources that remove barriers and open new opportunities
• Use structured tools and proven coaching methods to drive engagement and outcomes
• Contribute to a mission-driven team focused on measurable impact across Central Florida
What You Bring
• Passion for helping others grow and succeed
• Experience in coaching, workforce development, social services, or financial education
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel locally to meet participants and partners
