The purpose of this class is to coordinate project and permit submittal and review for land development and building construction within Dorchester County in support of the Planning & Zoning, Building, Public Works, Water & Sewer Departments. This position will also serve as the primary point of contact for, and manage, the County's Evolve Management system.
Associate's degree in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least two (2) years of professional experience in a development review setting.
Special Qualifications:
Must possess a valid state driver's license.
