Overview
We're hiring a Document Control Assistant to support a Design & Drafting team within a large, stable energy infrastructure organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys organization, teamwork, and working with technical drawings in a professional, long-term environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage drawings and project documents in the Electronic Document Management System (Adept)
- Fulfill drawing requests, research legacy files, and support document migrations
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, operations teams, and third-party firms
What We're Looking For
- 02 years of experience with AutoCAD and electronic document management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
- Team-oriented, professional, and proactive work style
Experience with Synergist Adept, SharePoint, third-party engineering firms, or minor AutoCAD edits is a plus.

Pay & Benefits
$20.00$21.00/hr. Eligible contractors may access medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability coverage, HSA, PTO, and EAP.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
