Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year Hybrid position – based out of our New York Headquarters Job Overview A Renewable Energy company seeks a Senior Accountant to join their growing team. This brand‑new role supports the company's growth and will be responsible for revenue reporting across the organization. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the Accounts Receivable Analyst Perform month‑end closing procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Perform analytical review fluxes as required, including researching variances between actuals and budget. Assist in forecasting activities for revenue, billings, and collections. Support annual audits and interact with external auditors as necessary. Responsible for the accounts receivable and revenue function. Maintain leasing schedules and the general ledger, ensuring its accuracy and completeness. Manage payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Oversee the billings and collections of the company. Conduct frequent ad hoc reporting and analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience in both public accounting & private is a must (Big 4 preferable). Any experience with ERP Systems and CRM (NetSuite, Salesforce is a plus but not necessary).
