Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Health Information Management Representative will organize and maintain health information records, review electronic chart documentation for accuracy, and manage requests for documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities: Organizes and maintains health information records and reviews electronic chart documentation Manages requests for documentation and information, including scanning and editing documents in the electronic medical record Analyzes documentation and tracks completion to meet regulatory requirements while promoting health information accuracy Required qualifications: High School Diploma / GED 1+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting Experience working with medical records Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to train for the first six weeks during specified hours
