We're seeking a skilled and experienced Flooring Solutionist to join our team. As a Flooring Solutionist, you will be responsible for estimating and installing a variety of flooring solutions, including Vinyl, Laminate, Tile, and Carpet, for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* 2+ years of experience in flooring installation, with a focus on Vinyl, Laminate, Tile, and Carpet * Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry standards * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver flooring materials and tools * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or certification in flooring installation a plus
* Certification in flooring installation (e.g. CFI, NWFA) * Experience with flooring software and estimating tools * Knowledge of building codes and regulations * Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
