This role is ideal for drivers who like staying active on the job as it involves live unloads completed box-by-box using rollers. To make sure your efforts are rewarded, we are offering an industry-leading pay package of $0.73-$0.76 CPM and additional pay per unload. We're looking for professionals with strong customer service skills, as you'll represent our company at each delivery and ensure a smooth, positive experience for our customers. Your role is essential to keeping shelves full and customers taken care of, and with 24 / 7 support behind you, you'll always have the backup you need on the road. Must have 3 months of verifiable experience. * Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.73 to $.76 cpm depending on route and experience. * No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years. No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years. * No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. * No DUI / DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. * Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
