Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Utah
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong ability to develop, implement, and monitor individual therapy plans
- Skilled at collaborating with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Clear communication and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop personalized therapy plans for students
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure student goals are met
- Keep accurate records of students’ progress and communicate updates with staff and families
- Educate school personnel and families about therapy techniques and strategies
- Participate in ongoing meetings and professional learning
