We are seeking an experienced manager who is passionate about developing people, leading high-performing teams, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
At Chick-fil-A Moscow, this role is responsible for both leading a team of 50+ team members and actively operating the business day-to-day. You will be expected to develop future leaders while also executing at a high level within the operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role—you will not only coach and develop the team, but also work alongside them in both Front and Back of House to ensure excellence in execution.
The Operations Lead helps establish the foundation and reputation of Chick-fil-A Moscow. By protecting food safety, leading high-performing Drive-Thru operations, and elevating guest experience, this role ensures excellence is not occasional—but habitual—from day one.
