Supporting requirements gathering and process documentation, the full-time Health IT Informatics Analyst will focus on high-quality technical writing and editing of deliverables, playbooks, training materials, and knowledge-transfer artifacts. Key responsibilities Document workflows, decision-rights matrices, and maintain version control of enterprise curriculum and governance documents Write and edit various materials, including reports, training materials, and user manuals, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences Conduct research and translate complex clinical informatics concepts into clear, readable documents Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or 6 additional years of specialized experience in lieu of a degree Minimum 4 years of specialized experience in requirements analysis, documentation, or technical writing in a health IT environment Strong command of medical/healthcare terminology Experience with computer-based systems Proven ability to translate complex clinical informatics concepts into user-facing materials
