Providing remote sales support, the full-time FLEX Sales Task Force Specialist will manage staffing shortages and support lead generation efforts for MSB, Premium, and Luxury hotels across the US while ensuring customer loyalty through service excellence. Key responsibilities Provides sales support to individual hotels and sales organizations, addressing staffing changes due to turnover and absences Drives group revenue goals by responding to incoming opportunities and closing business based on market conditions Collaborates with property and off-property sales channels to ensure complementary sales efforts and exceed customer expectations Required qualifications High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, or a 2-year degree with 2 years of relevant experience Preferred university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields Experience in lodging sales and account management Familiarity with Marriott sales systems (e.g., SFAWeb|CI/TY, One Yield, GPO, MiNT, MarRFP, RAP Tool) Proven ability to drive customer loyalty and deliver exceptional service
