Summary:
-
Create, verify, and maintain CNC programs for machining operations.
-
Review and analyze engineering data (CAD files, drawings) to ensure manufacturability.

Validate and authenticate programs prior to production use.

Collaborate with engineering, machinists, and management to improve productivity, quality, and safety.

Support operators with troubleshooting and basic programming guidance.

Maintain program files, revisions, and documentation.

Develop standardized setups, tooling lists, and identify required tooling based on job requirements.

Drive continuous improvement in setup time, run time, and overall efficiency.
Requirements:

5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience.

Experience in precision or prototype manufacturing environments.

Proficiency with Mastercam and NCSIMUL.

Strong understanding of FOD and tool control practices.

Experience with quality inspection processes and documentation.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to meet production schedules.

Team player with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
