What You'll Do : Greet visitors, employees, and / or clients in a professional manner while maintaining a welcoming front desk presence. Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and logging visitors as required by site-specific policies. Follow site-specific protocols to help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity at the front desk area. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed according to procedures. Provide customer service by answering questions, giving directions, or assisting with inquiries related to the location. Conduct security-related checks of packages, deliveries, and / or paperwork at the front desk as required by client protocols. Communicate and coordinate with Allied Universal management and / or client contacts regarding incidents, issues, or special instructions at the front desk. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of security-related activities and incidents at the front desk. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
