Job description
Supporting the effective management and optimization of enterprise health information systems, the full-time remote Clinical Informaticist II will analyze clinical and operational data, evaluate system performance, and enhance workflow optimization and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Support workflow stabilization and optimization by evaluating clinical workflows and recommending process improvements Perform data quality management and governance activities to ensure accurate and reliable healthcare data Analyze clinical and operational data to develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Clinical Informatics, Health Informatics, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical informatics or healthcare information systems Experience with data quality management, data governance, and healthcare analytics Proven ability to analyze and optimize clinical workflows in healthcare environments Knowledge of healthcare interoperability principles and clinical data standards
