Product Solution Engineer – Full‑time Remote Position We’re looking for a Product Solution Engineer who will be responsible for defining product vision, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, managing product lifecycle, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Define product vision and strategy based on market research and customer feedback. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launch and support. Collaborate with utilities and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to navigate interconnection requirements, resolve pushbacks, and achieve project approvals. Apply regional market knowledge, including local building codes, NEC/NFPA standards, and utility‑specific interconnection rules. Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement. Review SLD and code compliance issues with product teams, AHJs, utilities, and help push products through the process. Build and develop training and one‑pager materials for new and existing products for customers and consumers. Act as a bridge between Product Managers and Technical Service Engineers. Analyze market trends and customer needs to guide product strategy. Communicate effectively with stakeholders. Oversee product development timelines and deliverables with project management skills. Manage field implementation of products in accordance with NEC, utility, and AHJ regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or field management, or Master/Contractor trade license (electrical or mechanical) with 6 years of verifiable experience. 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related role. Ability to stand, sit, and walk during field and office work. Willingness to travel for product support, customer meetings, conferences, and demonstrations. What We Offer Competitive salary package.
