Litigation ParalegalHall & Evans, LLC, is currently has an opportunity for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our Billings office. Candidates should have excellent MS Office skills, well-developed communication abilities, effectively managing multiple projects, and strong attention to detail.This position can offer a hybrid working schedule (3 days/office and 2 days/home) after successfully completing the training period.Requirements:Civil litigation with a defense firm, preferred;Montana civil litigation experience, required;Obtain, review and analyze medical, financial, tax, and employment records, or any other relevant documents and records;Prepare medical record summaries;Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence;Experience billing time;Well-developed writing and research skills;Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook;Ability to stay focused on numerous details while maintaining a high level of accuracy;Anticipating attorney's needs, identifying problems, and finding solutions;Ability to work with limited supervision, independently or with a team;Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with a wide variety of people;Ability to exercise a high degree of tact, discretion, and sound judgment;Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a high-volume workload to meet time-critical deadlines;Exceptional interpersonal skills with a mature, professional, and personable presentation and demeanor;High level of integrity and personal accountability;Flexibility to work overtime as necessary to meet deadlines;Excellent attendance and reliability;ABA Paralegal Certificate, preferred;Bachelor's or Associate's degree, preferred, and;Ability to lift 25 lbs. when necessary.Are we the right fit for you?
