Great! Not yet? We’ll support your path to certification Passion for working with children and helping others grow 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required) Strong communication, patience, and professionalism Schedule & Hours Part-time and full-time RBT positions available Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed) 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs Pay & Perks Hourly Pay Range: $23–$29/hour (based on experience and credentials) Paid Training Flexible scheduling Paid time off (PTO) License/certification support Employee referral bonuses Ongoing supervision and clinical growth Ready to Apply?
