Senior HR Recruiter

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across corporate and manufacturing functions

Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to align recruiting strategies with workforce plans

Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and community engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in HR, corporate / professional, and manufacturing environments

Experience in recruiting for HR, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades talent preferred

Strong understanding of HR compliance and data-driven recruiting practices

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations
