Senior Clinical Recruiter

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Manage recruitment for clinical positions, including CRNAs and anesthesiologists

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process

Promote the company's brand and represent the organization at industry events

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field

5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in clinical recruitment / healthcare

Experience recruiting for anesthesia-related roles is preferred

Familiarity with healthcare-specific regulations and compliance

Proficiency with HR technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
