Job Description:
This req. replaces 42541 and 43100. Where nearly all candidates either did not have sufficient Scala background or did poorly on the Glider test or during technical interview (encountered several instances of likely cheating). Please be sure to vet out our candidates properly.
They should knew they will have a technical assessment as part of the process and they should be able to explain they previous experience and their thought process in problem solving easily.
** Please have all candidates take the Glider test on this one and only submit candidates that perform well.
Candidates must have strong verbal communication skills and be able to describe their experience in details and explain their thought process in how they solve certain problems.
