To support an Order Management team during a key shipping and receiving go-live initiative, the contract Japanese Interpreter will provide real-time interpretation between Japanese and English speakers in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Provide real-time Japanese-to-English and English-to-Japanese interpretation during virtual meetings Support communication between U.S. and Japan-based teams, assisting during shipping and operational go-live activities Clarify questions, action items, and operational updates between stakeholders in project meetings and training sessions Required qualifications Fluency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written) Previous interpretation or customer service experience is a plus Comfortable participating in fast-paced virtual meetings A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
