Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Supervisor to join our team in Muskegon, MI, 49444. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our team meets performance standards while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best performance.
Monitor workflow and productivity, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and feedback.
Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing support for skill development.
Address and resolve any employee or operational issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with management to implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Do Time and Attendace
Experience with MRP Systems a plus. Experience with Global Shop solution is a plus plus.
