Influencer Specialist role:
This is a full time role for a content creator who is able to build and maintain our brand and ambassadors. Candidates should have strong creative and video skills, as well as a knowledge of the social media and influencer space, particularly in fashion. Candidates should be passionate about and always ahead of what’s next and trends.
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Lead the development of our brand’s social, influencer, and marketing campaigns and strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy
•Develop our strategy and ideate custom content to support initiatives
•Identify and communicate with up-and-coming and established creators
•Have a pulse on the latest trends, and propose ideas on the platform
Required Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
•Significant experience as a social media user
•Deep knowledge of what performs well on a platform and what doesn't
•History of and an eye for creating content that will perform well and drive brand awareness and engagement
•Passion for the fashion industry and strong interest in the social space
•Candidates should be flexible, organized, have a strong attention to detail, and able to manage timelines efficiently with exceptional time and project management skills
•Ability to prioritize and multi-task, and quick to pivot as things change in real-time
•Able to work independently and within teams
•Candidates should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude
Minimum Qualifications:
•Proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides, and MS Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint
•Excellent communication and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
•Influencer, Social Media Marketing or equivalent experience
•History of creating content that performed well and drove attention
•Ability to be innovative, resourceful, and always thinking outside of the box
•Strong analytical and research skills for measuring, tracking, and interpreting social data, success, and KPIs
