The Talent Development (TD) Trainer will work closely with the Administrative Services Director and Administrative Assistant Managers to assess, design, develop and deliver high-quality training programs that enhance the Administrative Assistants' skills, performance and career growth. This role will partner closely with the firm's Professional Development and Business Services Talent Management teams to implement engaging learning solutions that align with our organizational goals.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 - $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, anticipated assignment, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Davis Polk offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
