QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in civil construction is preferred.

SCHEDULE: This is a full‑time role, Monday through Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, with overtime available.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN EARTHWORK GRADING SPECIALIST
In this position, you'll support the crew by performing hands-on earthwork tasks, checking grades with precision, and operating small equipment to keep projects moving efficiently. Each day brings a mix of physical labor, teamwork, and on‑site problem‑solving as you help prepare and shape the ground for critical utility and construction projects.
