Job description

A company is looking for a Principal, Excellence, Sales Enablement. Key Responsibilities: Co-create an enablement framework aligning Global Customer Operations Enablement with Global Partner Organization priorities Design and deploy strategies for partner motions, focusing on sales pitches and implementation readiness Modernize the learning experience with AI-driven insights and lead GTM readiness for new product introductions Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Sales/Partner Enablement within a global SaaS company Proven track record in Enterprise Software (SaaS) sales and partner enablement Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and build consensus across teams Understanding of adult learning principles and modern technology for effective learning Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage executive audiences
