• Initiate contact with potential candidates to introduce MLR roles and assess their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Engage with leads through follow-ups to sustain interest and assist in their application process
• Ensure accurate and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Reap commissions for meetings arranged, interviews held, and successful placements stemming from your leads
