Unit Manager (RN)

As a Unit Manager (RN), you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction in our state-of-the-art facility.
About the Role:
As a Unit Manager (RN), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and attention. This includes:
Patient Care: Directly overseeing the care of our patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Staff Management: Leading and managing a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure effective and efficient delivery of care.
Quality Assurance: Collaborating with our quality improvement team to identify areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Communication: Effectively communicating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct oversight and guidance to nursing staff, advocating for patients' needs and promoting a culture of excellence.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and industry standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, utilizing data to drive changes that improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Foster collaborative relationships with other departments, including social work, therapy, and dietary services.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and evidence-based research to continually improve patient care and outcomes.
