  • Recent CDL-A Grads – Start Your Trucking Career with Paid Training! * *Just got your CDL-A, We’ve got the perfect opportunity to launch your career!* We’re looking for motivated, safety-minded recent grads ready to hit the road. With *hands-on training* from a certified mentor and *competitive solo pay*, you’ll gain the experience you need to build a successful OTR driving career. *What We Offer : * * *Hands-On Training Program : * 4–6 weeks with a certified mentor * *Paid Orientation & Training* * *Weekly Solo Pay : * $1,200–$1,500 on average * *Home Time : * Every 2 weeks, Weekly, Dailys are based on dedicated accounts availability * *Long-Term Career Path with Ongoing Support* *Minimum Requirements : * * Valid *Class A CDL* * Must have completed a *120-hour CDL school* * Must pass a road test and drug screen at orientation * No recent major moving violations * No recent terminations within the past 6 months * *No Clearinghouse violations* – *SAP drivers not accepted at this time* *Ready to take the first step in your trucking career?
