Job description
We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for legal professionals with strong analytical writing skills, careful legal judgment, and the ability to complete structured legal reasoning tasks with consistency and precision. This role supports an exciting collaboration focused on improving AI systems through high-quality legal reasoning, legal content evaluation, and guided dataset contribution workflows. Selected professionals will complete structured legal reasoning tasks, apply legal knowledge to evaluate, draft, and analyze legal materials, provide feedback on AI-generated content within a guided platform, and help improve overall model quality. This opportunity is especially well-suited to detail-oriented legal professionals who are comfortable working independently across a range of legal subject areas and can apply strong legal reasoning in a structured research environment. Key Responsibilities Professionals in this role may contribute to: Structured Legal Reasoning Tasks Complete structured legal reasoning tasks as part of an AI training dataset Apply legal judgment across guided assignments with consistency and accuracy Help ensure that outputs reflect strong analytical reasoning and legal clarity Legal Material Evaluation & Drafting Evaluate, draft, and analyze legal materials using substantive legal knowledge Contribute thoughtful, high-quality written work across a variety of legal topics Help maintain strong standards for quality, relevance, and precision in legal outputs AI Content Feedback & Quality Support Provide feedback on AI-generated legal content within a guided platform Support model improvement through careful review and written judgment Help improve overall model quality through detail-oriented evaluation workflows Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have: Experience as a licensed attorney, law graduate, or legal professional with substantive practice experience Strong analytical writing skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage structured tasks effectively Comfort working across different legal subject areas Preferred qualifications Background in any legal specialization, including corporate, litigation, IP, employment, criminal, real estate, or healthcare law Strong consistency in applying legal reasoning across repeated tasks Experience evaluating or drafting legal materials in professional settings Ability to provide useful, precise written feedback on AI-generated content Why This Opportunity Contribute specialised legal expertise to a cutting-edge AI collaboration Help improve how AI systems reason about and generate legal content Work on high-impact legal evaluation and drafting tasks with strong practical relevance Flexible remote work with competitive hourly compensation Contract Details Independent contractor role Fully remote with flexible scheduling Hourly compensation of $100 per hour Expected commitment of 15 hours per week Must be available to start on April 15 Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution Please note: We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time Start date: April 15 About the Platform This opportunity is available through a leading AI-driven work platform that connects domain experts with frontier AI research projects.
