Your role in our mission

  • Lead and oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of advanced EDI solutions for healthcare clients.
  • Gather, document, and analyze complex business and technical requirements for EDI transactions.
  • Ensure all EDI processes comply with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and HITECH.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EDI solutions using EDIFECs and other EDI tools.
  • Provide high-level training and support to end-users and technical teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated EDI-related issues, providing continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Maintain and enhance detailed project documentation, delivering regular status reports to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience with X12 transaction sets (e.g., 837, 835, 270 / 271, 276 / 277, 278) and HL7 standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in EDIFECs tools (SpecBuilder, XEngine Server) for end-to-end EDI management.
  • Expertise in data mapping and transformation using EDIFECs and other tools.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and familiarity with major database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Extensive experience integrating EDI systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
  • Mastery in validating EDI transactions, error handling, and comprehensive testing strategies.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
