Position Objective: To assist airline passengers who require or request support, while delivering friendly, professional, and compassionate customer service. General Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Able to pass an FBI background check Previous passenger assistance experience a plus (but not required) Bilingual skills are a plus!
